How It Works
Following on from the great first year we had in 2017 with the Iame M1 Bambino class we are keeping the format pretty much the same as previous years. The Iame M1 Bambino engine will still be the championship engine of choice, not a pooled engine like in our other classes.
This class is aimed at children age 6-8 years whom have completed in at least 1 year of the Comer C50 class. Drivers who have not competed may still be eligible to race in this class providing they meet the expected driving standard.
Every year we visit the best tracks across England, Scotland And Wales for a multiple round championship, the BKC appoints its own official chief scrutineer as well as trained helpers to keep the racing fair and true.
The Iame engine is a fair competitive unit straight out of the box therefore competitors are allowed to supply their own engines in this class, but obviously engines must meet the rules and regulations set out.
There are only a limited number of places available for this class due to it's popularity, so registering quickly and early is important because when we are full we are full!
Congratulations to Riley Cranham, winner of the Bambino Kart Club Iame Bambino Class for 2018, with a final point count of 801.
Well done Riley!
